A trip down MY Memory Lane.
In the third Bulls Championship run they played the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Bulls were the two time champs, but the Knicks were always a threat. I remember Starks had the ball in the right corner. B.J. Armstrong was guarding him. I think Ewing came over for a screen Starks does a hesitation fake to the screen, then goes baseline hard and dunks on Horace Grant and Michael Jordan with the left hand. Classic Light Skinned Moment.
I gotta beef...
So My beef is with the Nike store near my house which i see everyday going to and from work. there are two huge Nike billboard like pictures. One of Kobe playing D on Lebron trying to back down, and the other is Kobe celebrating. These pics have been up for a few months. Dirk is for to most part the main reason(Jason Terry is second ASSASSIN!), why Kobe went home early, and why Lebron still doesn't have a ring. Where is the Dirk love? They finally changed it. Guess who? Rondo on both pictures. Sorry Dirk....
Check this link Nike been leaving Dirk out for a while now.

A trip down My Memory Lane.
My first realization that I loved the NBA, or at least that I’d grow to love it, was during the 1990-'91 season. I grew up in Southern California about 30 minutes east of Los Angeles. So you can imagine my confusion when my 10 year old brain tried to figure out why my family watched WGN and rooted for the Bulls rather than KCAL and the Lakers. I asked my mother, "Mom why we watching the Bulls? The Lakers playing on channel 9." My mother’s response was, "Boy, yo momma is from Chicago."
The only players i knew at that time were the marquee players, the "superstars". This was the year that i started paying attention to the games. I remember noticing that most NBA players were Dark Skinned black guys, or white guys. I'm mixed myself, and light Skinned, so I felt a bond with Charles Barkley, and John Starks, but watching the bulls night after night i felt the closest to Scottie Pippen.
The Bulls were good that year. I don't remember them loosing. I know it happened but i just don't remember it. When they got to the finals they were playing the Lakers. Magic vs. Jordan. It was like a movie, and it ended with Jordan hugging the Trophy. My family was ecstatic; it was like we'd won the lottery.
I just wanted to share the anniversary of the NBA and my 20 year relationship that as you can see from this site is still going strong.

I'm a comic fan as well as a NBA fan, so when I saw these I loved them. They are from before the trade deadline so some aren't the same as the teams now. The Incredible Griff is my fav by far.
